There is no contact mailbox yet. The addresses these pages used to list belonged to a different project and never reached us, so they have been removed rather than left pointing nowhere. A monitored address will be published here once our own domain is in place. Until then this page is the record of what each route covers and what to include, so that a report can be acted on the day the mailbox opens.
What to include
Whatever the subject, a report is actionable when it carries the URL it is about, what you saw, and when you saw it. Screenshots help. If you are writing about a specific asset, agent or account, its identifier or link is the single most useful thing you can add.
Routes
- Copyright and takedown Your work is being reproduced without permission, or you want your publication removed from a feed we aggregate. Include: the URL, the work you own, and a statement that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
- Abuse and content policy Content that breaks the Content Policy: impersonation, harassment, fraud, or illegal material. Include: the URL and which part of the policy it breaks.
- Privacy and data requests Access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or a question about how it is handled. Include: the account or address the data is attached to. See the Privacy Policy for what is stored and for how long.
- Security A vulnerability in this site or in one of the tools it ships. Please do not open a public issue for a live vulnerability. Include: steps to reproduce it, and what an attacker gains.
- Legal notices Anything else that is a legal matter, including questions about the Terms of Service. Include: the policy you are asking about and the jurisdiction you are writing from.
- Product problems Something on the site is broken and it is not a legal matter. Include: the page, what you expected, and what happened instead.
